Mark A. Palmer
MARK A. PALMER focuses his practice on representing clients before the Indiana General Assembly and before regulatory agencies on the state and local level. He has over 30 years of participation in and lobbying the Indiana General Assembly. Mark served as a member of the House of Representatives, Indiana General Assembly, from 1984-1990.
Over the course of his career Mark has helped a number of restaurants obtain alcoholic beverage permits, purchase and transfer permits. He also represented a national brewery before the Indiana General Assembly. In addition, Mark is a frequent speaker and author on governmental affairs issues. Most recently Mark made a presentation on “The Vices” as part of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's Legislative Update for 2015.
Mark serves on the board of directors for the Government Affairs Society of Indiana and The Grouseland Foundation, an organization that supports the Indiana territorial mansion and presidential site of William Henry Harrison.
At Kentucky Wesleyan College, Mark played on its 1973 NCAA Division II National Championship Basketball Team.
