Robert Fuerst focuses his practice on transactional real estate work. His clients include developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. He advises these clients in development, acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial and residential real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings, warehouse/industrial properties, apartments, hotels, condominiums and mixed use projects. Mr. Fuerst has substantial experience in the development, acquisition and financing of hotels and shopping centers and in shopping center and office leasing.

For thirteen years Mr. Fuerst wrote a monthly column on issues of real estate and general business law for Properties, a monthly magazine for the real estate and construction industry in Northeast Ohio. He has also been a speaker on Commercial Leasing Issues for the Cleveland Bar Association’s Annual Real Estate Law Institute. He is a member of the Cleveland, Ohio, and American Bar Associations and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Fuerst is a past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Jewish Committee and is a member of the boards of the First Tee of Cleveland and the Montefiore Foundation.
