Summary

Bill represents a significant number of national and regional shopping center developers. He represents national and regional chain tenants and is fully conversant with issues regarding the development of retail projects in partnership with major anchor tenants.

Bill has lectured on property acquisition and title issues at the National Business Institute and retail lease issues at the International Council of Shopping Center Law National Law Conference. He was a founding member of the Ohio International Council of Shopping Center Law Symposium.

While in law school, Bill was editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Law Journal. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law since 2006 and Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Real Estate Law, and he is recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers for Real Estate Law.
