David S. Schindelheim
DAVID S. SCHINDELHEIM is an associate in Taft’s Business & Finance group. He counsels corporate clients on various legal, strategic and commercial issues affecting their businesses. His areas of focus include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities transactions and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Taft, David was a corporate legal assistant in the New York and Paris offices of a large global law firm. While in law school, he was a legal extern at BTG Pactual, a multinational investment banking firm, and Constellation Wealth Advisors, an independent wealth advisor. David also served as a summer associate at Taft in 2012.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and served as an articles editor on the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
