David W. Nyberg
DAVID W. NYBERG focuses his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and controversies and probate law, as well as in related tax considerations such as the structuring of charitable trusts.
David is highly experienced in developing estate tax reduction techniques, which include utilizing family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and various types of trusts.
David is also highly experienced in preparing estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and not-for-profit returns, as well as defending tax payers before the IRS.
David is a frequent lecturer for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other organizations and is a former Adjunct Professor at the DePaul University College of Law. David is also a published author, including the publication “Oral Contracts to Make Wills” for the IICLE Practice Handbook “Litigating Disputed Estates, Trusts, Guardianships and Charitable Bequests” (2009).
David has been awarded an AV® Peer Review Rating from LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethical standards and legal ability.
