Daniel H. Bryan
DANIEL H. BRYAN is a litigation associate in the Cleveland office, primarily practicing in the area of complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including health care, pharmaceutical, aviation, private equity and entertainment, in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. His representations include multinational entities, domestic and foreign businesses, and individuals.
Daniel has experience with clients at all stages of the litigation process, from initial contact and claims assessment through discovery and dispositive motion practice, trial, enforcement, appeals and settlement. Prior to joining Taft, he was an associate with a New York firm for five years.
Daniel received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was honored as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was the recipient of the Peter Jay Sharp Scholarship. He was also involved in the university's Tenant Rights Project, the Lawyering in the Digital Age program and was an editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. Daniel graduated from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude, with majors in government and environmental studies.
