Cleves to Present Integrated Project Delivery Session

Taft partner Joseph A. Cleves, Jr. will present at the meeting of the AACE International and the Lean Construction Institute on May 3 at the Proctor & Gamble Plaza in Cincinnati. His topic will be “Integrated Project Delivery” (“IPD”), a process uniquely suited to put lean construction principles into practice, along with lean construction practices designed to maximize value and minimize waste throughout the construction process. Cleves, a partner in Taft’s Construction and Real Estate groups who is recognized nationwide for his IPD experience, will be presenting and leading a pull planning simulation at the meeting.
