Dunn Quoted in Article on Patent Eligibility for AI-Assisted Inventions

Taft partner Robin Dunn was quoted in the article “When is an AI-assisted invention eligible for a patent?” which was published in The Indiana Lawyer on March 27. The article discusses the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s guidance released in February that details the use of artificial intelligence (AI) related to patented inventions.
