Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson will present at the Indianapolis Bar Association's Business Law Skills Series event on Nov. 16. His presentation is titled "Structuring and Negotiating Earn-outs in Transactions So Your Client Gets Paid."

Johnson is a member of Taft's Business & Finance group and represents private equity funds, large multi-national corporations and closely-held and family-owned businesses in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He also advises growth stage and mature companies in connection with securing debt and equity financing and counsels business clients on general corporate matters
