Taft attorneys Andrew T. Kight and Erin C. Nave will present at the Indianapolis Bar Association's Leonard H. Opperman Chapter 11 Roundtable and Reception on May 9. Kight will present on conflicts in Chapter 11 representations, including balancing representation of the debtor with the closely related interests of insiders. Nave will co-present on utilizing electronic discovery in fraud cases.
The Seventh Annual Opperman Seminar will provide an exciting opportunity for attorneys to discuss and debate issues central to their everyday practice. It will be moderated by two distinguished judges: Hon. James M. Carr, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Indiana, and Hon. Alan C. Stout, U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Kentucky.
Attendees are encouraged to attend both the roundtable and the reception that follows to gain valuable networking experience with other attorneys and the speakers. The roundtable will take place from 1:30-5:30 p.m., and the reception will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Appetizers and two drinks are included with reception.
