Vaselaney Is Named an Accredited Estate Planner®

Missia H. Vaselaney is newly certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (“NAEPC”).  She accepted the award at the NAEPC luncheon at the Cleveland City Club on September 10.

Vaselaney focuses her practice on estate planning for business owners and individuals. She also has represented clients in Probate Litigation matters and before Federal and State Taxing authorities. Vaselaney is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law. She is a featured speaker both nationally and state-wide on estate planning and other related matters on behalf of banks, brokerage firms and other professional associations.

The Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation is a graduate-level specialization in estate planning, obtained in addition to already recognized professional credentials within the various disciplines of estate planning. It is awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) to recognize estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation and character. An AEP® designation holder must embrace the team concept of estate planning and adhere to the NAEPC Code of Ethics. The AEP® designation is available to attorneys, Chartered Life Underwriters, Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, Chartered Financial Consultants and Certified Trust and Financial Advisors.
