O'Neil Elected to Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Board
Taft attorney Michael P. O’Neil has been elected to the board of directors of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra (a/k/a the Indiana Symphony Society) for a three-year term starting Jan. 2014.
O’Neil is a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt refinancing and restructuring, business workouts and turnarounds, and a full range of other business matters, including commercial litigation. O’Neil also assists non-profit entities in formation and governance matters.
