Hayden Elected to Contemporary Arts Center Board

Taft partner Mark T. Hayden has been elected to the board of trustees of the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati. Founded in 1939, the Contemporary Arts Center (“CAC”) provides the opportunity for all people to discover the dynamic relationship between art and life by exhibiting, but not collecting, the work of progressive artists. The CAC’s goal is to continually increase its regional, national and international influence by providing changing visual and interactive experiences that challenge, entertain and educate. Throughout its distinguished history, the CAC has earned a reputation for stimulating thought and introducing new ideas by presenting the work of diverse artists from around the world. The CAC is located in the Lois & Richard Rosenthal Center for Contemporary Art, 44 East 6th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Hayden is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice on business disputes, with a particular expertise in the areas of products liability, competitive practices/unfair competition, insurance and construction litigation. He plays an active role in the Greater Cincinnati community and participates on the boards of several organizations.
