Taft attorneys Todd Lady and Stacia Buechler will present at the Law School for Small Business Owners series on April 23. The series is sponsored by the Carmel Clay Public Library Foundation. Lady and Buechler will present on business contract essentials, focusing on common contract issues facing small businesses and how to deal with the complexity of modern contracts and other routine business agreements.

Lady is a partner in Taft’s Tax group and leads Taft’s International Taxation practice. His practice is focused on general corporate taxation and international tax matters. Buechler is a partner in Taft’s Business & Finance group. She practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
