Taft is pleased to announce that Frank J. Deveau and Tiffany D. Presley have been recognized as 2015 Leadership in Law honorees by The Indiana Lawyer. Deveau has been named a Distinguished Barrister, and Presley has been named an Up and Coming Lawyer. Both attorneys were featured in a special Leadership in Law issue on May 6.

Deveau is chair of Taft’s Environmental group and is a member of the firm’s executive committee. For over 30 years, he has devoted his practice primarily to all aspects of environmental law, related administrative and civil litigation and insurance recoveries. Deveau also frequently serves as a mediator in environmental disputes. He is the co-author of The Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense to CERCLA Liability (ABA Publishing 2013) and Environmental Liability and Insurance Recovery (ABA Publishing 2012).

Presley is an associate in Taft’s Tax group. She focuses her practice on domestic and foreign taxation and has experience assisting multinational clients in various industries in connection with foreign tax credit management, cash repatriation strategies, entity rationalization, domestic and local county tax saving strategies, tax efficient financing and other general foreign tax consulting issues. She also represents non-profit organizations in their tax issues.
