Focused Capitol Solutions (FCS) is pleased to announce that Nan Kohnen Cahall has joined the Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP affiliate as a managing director. Cahall has 25 years of public policy and community relations experience, from the Ohio Statehouse to the U.S. Capitol, representing industry sectors from higher education to home building. She has strong relationships with elected officials and government leaders in Ohio, Kentucky and Washington, D.C.

Cahall looks forward to working with the entire team at Taft’s Focused Capitol Solutions. “I am excited to bring my experience to the highly respected Taft organization. I will join the other FCS directors in providing proactive, strategic governmental consulting services.”

As an FCS managing director, Cahall will provide clients with governmental relations and public policy services at the local, state and national levels. She will work with Managing Director George Glover, who has been with FCS since 2003.

Glover and the other FCS directors welcome Nan to the Taft team, stating, “Her wealth of experience and strong relationships bring additional depth to FCS and will expand our governmental and community relations services to existing and prospective clients.”

Throughout her career, Cahall has provided advice and support to elected officials and has advocated for industry leaders and community organizations. She has skillfully built coalitions of diverse stakeholders to obtain desired results for elected officials and lobbying groups. In addition, Cahall has extensive experience in historical, community, public policy and legislative research used to advise higher education leaders, elected officials, constituents and local industry leaders.
