Taft partner Graham C. Grady will be one of the panelists for “The Future of TIF (Tax Increment Financing) and the 2016 Fiscal Crisis” at the 17^th Annual Fogelson Forum on Real Estate, which will take place on April 14 at 5:00 p.m. at Roosevelt University. The panel, which also includes Rachel N. Weber, professor of Urban Planning and Policy Program at the University at Illinois at Chicago, and David L. Reifman, commissioner for the Department of Planning and Development for the City of Chicago, will present perspectives on the future of TIF as an economic development tool for Chicago.

Grady helps commercial real estate industry clients solve problems they encounter with units of local government. He also serves as legal counsel to one of the five annuity and benefit funds of the city of Chicago. In addition to his law practice, Grady is a trustee of the Lloyd A. Fry Foundation, president of the Realty Club of Chicago and a founding member of the African-American Legacy of the Chicago Community Trust. He was also selected as a Business Leader of Color by Chicago United and was named to Crain's Chicago Business' "40 Under 40."
