Taft attorneys Roshan P. Shrestha, PhD and Richard T. Ruzich co-authored the article “Interpreting a Patent Is Not So 'Plain and Ordinary' After All,” which was published in Law360 on April 19. The article discusses recent federal circuit and subsequent district court decisions that explain the use of “plain and ordinary” meaning in the context of patent claim construction.
