Taft partner Richard O. Kissel will speak at the East Region Construction Real Estate Symposium, presented by BKD, on Nov. 2. He will present “Effective Use of Independent Board Members” to an audience of CEOs and CFOs.

Kissel is a member of Taft’s Private Client group. He has practiced law for more than 29 years and is certified as an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Indiana State Bar Association. His practice areas include estate and business succession planning, income tax, retirement and charitable planning, corporate transactions, buy-sell agreements and other matters affecting closely held businesses.
