Craig and Bilott Selected for Inclusion in Kentucky Super Lawyers 2017

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is pleased to announce that partners Robert B. Craig and Robert A. Bilott were selected for inclusion in Kentucky Super Lawyers 2017. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding attorneys — no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected.

Craig is the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Kentucky office. He represents clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts and before government agencies throughout Kentucky and Ohio. His legal experience encompasses a wide variety of areas, including antitrust, employment, construction, health care, public law and other commercial matters. He also advises many clients on competition issues in the health care industry.

Bilott represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state, and local environmental laws and related litigation. For more than 26 years, Bilott has handled environmental issues of regulatory compliance, permitting and corporate/real estate transactions, as well as all aspects of litigation arising from such issues, from administrative hearings to multi-party, complex multi-district litigation, mass torts and class actions. Bilott, who serves as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff’s steering committee handling litigation against DuPont, has been in the spotlight since The New York Times Magazine dubbed him “The Lawyer Who Became DuPont’s Worst Nightmare” in an article published on Jan. 6, 2016.
