Taft partner Robert A. Bilott will participate in a town hall discussion at National Cancer Prevention Day 2017. The event will take place on Feb. 2 in Washington, D.C., and is co-sponsored by Less Cancer. Bilott is a member of the Less Cancer Board of Directors.

Bilott, who serves as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff’s altering committee handling litigation against DuPont, has been in the spotlight since New York Times Magazine dubbed him "The Lawyer Who Became DuPont's Worst Nightmare" in an article published on Jan. 6, 2016.  The New York Times Magazine article has also been widely circulated internationally, most recently in Russia (click here to read the Russian version).

Bilott is a member of Taft's Environmental, Litigation and Product Liability and Personal Injury groups. He represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state and local environmental laws and related litigation.
