Taft senior counsel Robert T. Dunlevey, Jr.’s article “OSHA’s New Silica Rules for Construction” was published on Sept. 26 in Builders Exchange of Dayton. The article serves as a reminder to employers subject to OSHA’s Construction Standards that they must be in compliance with the new silica dust standard (which took effect Sept. 23).

Dunlevey is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group and is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and is an active participant on the Labor and Employment Law Committees of each. He is also a member of the ABA’s Forum Committee on Construction Law.
