Taft attorneys James Zimmerman and Aaron Herzig are among those honored with the Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 Award for 2010. The Forty Under 40 program was started in 1995 to identify and recognize the Tri-State’s up-and-coming business, community and economic leaders.

Mr. Zimmerman focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters. He has significant experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and securities markets regulation. He has also represented numerous start-up and emerging growth companies on a broad range of matters.

Mr. Herzig’s practice includes work in a variety of fields, including Antitrust, First Amendment and Media Law, Health Care, and White Collar Crime. Mr. Herzig has been involved in all aspects of complex civil litigation matters and substantial criminal investigations. He has assisted clients in responding to investigations by government regulators, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
