Kevin D. Barnes Named Partner-in-Charge of Taft's Cleveland Office

Taft is pleased to announce that Kevin D. Barnes has been named Partner-in-Charge of the Cleveland office, effective January 1, 2013. He succeeds Stephen M. O’Bryan, who will remain with the firm as partner following sixteen years in the leadership role.

His practice focuses on international business, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his legal practice, he currently serves as the president of Hiram House Camp, a 115-year-old non-profit in Chagrin Falls that enriches the lives of children and families through outdoor activities. Barnes has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for over ten years and has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer numerous times.
