Summary

Alexander is an associate in Taft’s Employee Benefits and Tax practices and has experience advising clients on a broad number of issues, including retirement plan formation, maintenance and termination, deferred compensation, and ERISA compliance.

Additionally, Alexander has counseled clients on implementing tax-efficient strategies, including cross-border asset transfers, reorganizations, spinoffs, Qualified Opportunity Zones, and others.

Alexander earned his LL.M from New York University School of Law and his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law. While in law school, he was an articles editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal and a site coordinator with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Florida.
