On the transactional side, Bradley actively collaborates with clients to draft a wide range of intellectual property-related agreements. These encompass licenses and assignments for trademarks, copyrights, and patents, as well as purchase agreements for trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Bradley has extensive experience in drafting agreements, including crafting master services agreements, software development agreements, software reseller and distribution agreements, software subscription agreements, software hosting agreements, privacy policies, and website terms and conditions agreements. Additionally, Bradley provides guidance to clients on matters of data security and privacy compliance.

On the protection side, Bradley actively collaborates with clients on a diverse range of trademark protection issues. He conducts trademark searches, prepares and prosecutes trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and handles copyright applications before the U.S. Copyright Office. He advises his clients on matters of foreign trademark protection. He has successfully managed global trademark portfolios for companies operating in industries such as fast food, beer and hops, esports, jewelry, software, and aftermarket engine parts. He possesses extensive experience in transferring global trademark portfolios as part of international acquisitions.

On the enforcement side, Bradley recognizes the utmost significance of comprehending a business and its potential liability exposure prior to engaging in or defending a dispute. He actively represents clients in federal district court cases related to trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, cybersquatting, and copyright infringement. Additionally, he advocates for clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in trademark opposition, cancellation, and ex parte appeals.

Bradley conscientiously provides counsel and advice to his clients, ensuring he does not take for granted his role in assisting them in spending and investing wisely to effectively care for their business.

Outside of his practice, Bradley actively engages in his passion for Minnesota sports, particularly the Vikings, as he never misses a game. Additionally, he ardently supports the Wild, having played varsity hockey for the University of St. Thomas. Bradley maintains an active lifestyle, which proves beneficial as his young daughter undoubtedly keeps him on the move.
