Summary
David is an associate in Taft’s Business practice group where he focuses on capital market transactions, securities compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. David regularly represents issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, Rule 144A offerings, and “at-the-market” programs. He also counsels public companies on ongoing disclosure obligations, including preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings. He represents buyers and sellers in a wide range of public and private mergers and acquisitions.
He earned his B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. David was also a summer associate at Taft in 2019.
