Summary

Greg is an associate in Taft’s Minneapolis office in the Private Client group. He focuses primarily in the areas of:

  • Estate Planning
  • Will and Trust Drafting

Greg helps clients manage their estate planning objectives by facilitating asset transfers and minimizing tax costs through drafting and organizing a variety of estate planning vehicles. These include wills, revocable living trusts, credit shelter and marital deduction trusts, disclaimer trusts, and other estate planning documents. Greg also assists clients achieve their charitable planning, medical assistance and nursing home, family business succession planning, and gifting goals by providing legal advice on these matters.

Greg is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Florida, earning his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Prior to his career in law, he worked as a CPA, auditing the financial statements and internal controls of publicly traded companies. He obtained dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business management and a Master’s degree in accounting at Florida International University.
