Summary

Jack is an attorney in Taft’s Columbus office, representing clients in various litigation areas, including aviation, product liability, premises liability, business litigation, insurance defense, and eminent domain.

Through internships at the Ohio State Senate and the Public Policy and Affairs section of the Ohio Attorney General’s office, Jack has developed a robust practice with experience in a wide range of issues. Jack was a judicial extern to the Hon. Edmund A. Sargus, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and was an extern for The Supreme Court of Ohio, Children’s and Families Section, where he performed legal research on domestic relations, juvenile law, and probate law.

Prior to joining Taft, Jack worked as a litigation associate at a smaller regional firm and primarily focused his practice on liability defense, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage, and toxic torts. Jack earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School and his bachelor’s degree in political science and government, summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton. While in law school, Jack earned numerous CALI awards and was a Capital University Law Review staff member.
