Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Chicago Business practice.

Taft Law is seeking an associate with at least three years of experience in substantive, sophisticated corporate M & A, including entity formation & governance, financing & restructuring, business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic joint ventures.
