Associate - Commercial Litigation (Chicago)

Taft is looking for a team-oriented lawyer to join our Chicago Commercial Litigation group.
Taft Law is seeking an associate with at least 2-3 years of commercial litigation experience in a large law firm. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and exceptional research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues, draft persuasive briefs, and effectively assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $330,000/year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on office location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
