Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Intellectual Property group.

The Indianapolis office of Taft is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of broad experience, including significant exposure to data privacy issues and corporate transactions, and with biotech experience. A general IP background preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating complex intellectual property and information technology agreements, including license agreements, outsourcing agreements, managed services agreements, artificial intelligence agreements, professional services agreements, data privacy agreements, and AdTech agreements.
