Associate - Litigation (Dayton)

Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Dayton office.

Taft Law is seeking an associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience, including: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, assisting in the management of complex discovery in large cases, and preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
