2016 INCPAS Business Valuation Conference

Several Taft attorneys will present at the 2016 Indiana CPA Society Business Valuation Conference on Sept. 9. Taft litigators William C. Wagner, Tracy N. Betz, Thomas F. O’Gara, John D. Papageorge and Jonathan G. Polak will lead the closing general session titled “Expert Witness Training: A Mock Trial.” Attendees will learn how to prepare for a trial, including persuasive techniques to make expert testimony more compelling and tips for survival under cross-examination.
