2023 Women's Initiative Panel Discussion
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, remote working has blurred the lines between professional and personal life, impacting women professionals significantly. Women often face unique stressors in their professional lives, such as juggling multiple roles, navigating gender biases, and maintaining a work-life balance.
So, is there a trick to managing it all? Our panel discussion will feature successful women who have achieved remarkable success while maintaining balance and boundaries in their careers. They will share invaluable tools and practical tips to help women navigate the demands of their profession while preserving their well-being.
We will also have the opportunity for participants to connect with other women professionals in small groups to share experiences, provide mutual support, and develop strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout to effectively maintain a healthy balance.
Please join us in helping to shape your future at this panel discussion brought to you by our Women’s Initiative on Thursday, July 20, 2023. For those who cannot attend in person, virtual connectivity through Zoom will be available.
