On December 14, Steve Nechemias, Lance Gildner and Chad Hansen will be featured presenters at a one-day seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services.

Steve Nechemias will present three sessions: An Overview of Forms of Business Organizations; Revocation and Termination; and State and Local Taxation of S Corporations.

Lance Gildner will lead sessions on S Corporation Qualification and How and When to Elect.

Chad Hansen, meanwhile, will address Maintaining S Status and Operational Issues.
