Bautista and Zbiegien to Discuss Data Breach Legal Issues at Lorain County Bar Association 2015 Employment Law Update
Taft partners Philip R. Bautista and Michael J. Zbiegien, Jr. will address legal issues for employers in connection with data breaches at the Lorain County Bar Association’s 2015 Employment Law Update on Sept. 18. Bautista and Zbiegien are both litigation attorneys and members of Taft’s Privacy and Data Security group.
Bautista has extensive experience in litigation involving technology and cybersecurity matters, as well as product liability, engineering, intellectual property and construction matters.
Zbiegien has represented companies in nation-wide class actions, employment issues, consumer issues and insurance rates. He has experience in disputes related to technology issues, intellectual property, social media and cybersecurity issues.
The program will be held at the LorMet Community Federal Credit Union at 2051 Cooper Foster Park Road in Amherst, Ohio. It offers 2.5 hours of general CLE credit.
