Diamant and Nealis to Present at 10th Annual Information Security Summit

Taft partners Michael H. Diamant and Peter S. Nealis are among the invited speakers at the 10th Annual Information Security Summit. The Summit features 3 days of pre-conference training opportunities, and 2 days of talks, presentations and hands-on workshops. The Summit also includes a vendor trade show fair and an evening reception for all attendees and sponsors.

The theme of the Summit is, “Our Business is the Business,” and will include sessions on Information Security Technology, Business/Management, Compliance, Law Enforcement and Legal issues. Presentations and training will be provided on technology issues including malware, malicious document analysis, web application hacking, and virtualization and cloud security.

Diamant and Nealis’ presentation is titled, “Data Protection & Privacy: Civil and Criminal Legal Protections.”  It will address the current regulatory environment and causes of action for lawsuits and remedies.
