Paul McGrady will co-present the Strafford webinar “Domain Name Rights Protection Mechanisms & ICANN Developments” on June 5, 2019.
The webinar will guide trademark counsel on recent developments from the latest Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) meeting, including the current review of rights protection mechanisms, including the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP), Sunrise and Claims Services and the opportunities and risks presented by the various rights protection mechanisms (RPMs). The panel will also discuss recent cases and how the U.S.’s ACPA fits into the equation.
