Most businesses competing for government contracts know, at some point, they will be involved in the bid protest. Whether you won the contract and someone challenges that award or you lost a contract and decide to challenge the award, the result is the same – a bid protest. And, you may even decide to protest before an award, if the terms in the solicitation are problematic. This session covers the basics of bid protests and the protest process.
