inX Breakout: B Corporation Certification

Taft partner Stacia Buechler will be a speaker at the inX Breakout: B Corporation Certification event on March 20. She will be part of a panel discussion on certification requirements, the benefits of embedding a social responsibility platform within an organization and the processes required to make it happen.

Buechler leads Taft’s Commercial Contracts practice and is also a member of the Social Enterprise, Start-Up and Growth Companies, Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology practices. She advises socially responsible enterprises in all industries on matters that include start-up, growth issues, sustainability, raising impact investing capital, commercial contracting and B Corp certification.
