Kostas Poulakidas will moderate the panel discussion “Making the Most of EB-5 in Ohio,” at the CDFA Ohio Conference on Sept. 7 in Columbus. The speakers will share basics of the EB-5 program, case studies and considerations for using this valuable tool in Ohio.

Kostas is a partner and Co-Chair of the firm's Public Finance and Economic Development practice group. He provides economic development and public finance representation to government entities, real estate development firms, commercial banks, manufacturers and nonprofit organizations.
