Peter S. Nealis to Speak at National Business Institute Seminar

Peter Nealis, of Taft’s Cleveland office, will be speaking at the seminar titled, "LLCs: From Formation to Special Uses," sponsored by the National Business Institute.  The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel City Centre in downtown Cleveland from 8 am to 4:40 pm.

Mr. Nealis is speaking on two different topics:
8:30 am – 9:05 am  Recent Trends and Developments in LLCs
2:10 pm – 3:10 pm  Securities Law: Issues and Answers
