Practical Tax Law for the Non-Tax Attorney
Nathan J. Hagerman will present at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) seminar “Practical Tax Law for the Non-Tax Attorney.” Held on Dec. 1, the half-day program will highlight tax issues encountered by legal professionals and will award 3 CLE / 3.5 CPE credits.
Hagerman will cover a wide range of state income tax issues for individuals, corporations and pass through entities, including nexus, withholding, residency, same-sex marriage and LGBTQ tax filing, and innocent spouse issues. Additional presenters will address:
