Taft VIP Event for Macy?s Light Up the Square 2016

We are delighted to host another Taft VIP event on Friday, Nov. 25 for Macy’s Light Up the Square 2016. We will open the Taft Center for our VIPs from 5:00-9:00 p.m. During this time, we will offer water, coffee, a warm environment, a place to rest your feet, the use of our restrooms and a breathtaking view of the Square, the fireworks show and the official lighting ceremony of the Macy’s tree! We also have a fully-stocked changing table available in one of our restrooms for your use.

Only those on the list and/or those with a Taft VIP bracelet will be permitted to enter during this time. If you do not yet have a bracelet, you may pick one up on the day of the event. We look forward to seeing you!

Schedule of Events:

5:00 p.m. – Taft Center doors open (coffee, water and restrooms will be available at this time)

6:45 p.m. – City Council Member Introduction

7:00 p.m. – Live Broadcast with WLWT Channel 5

7:25 p.m. – Official Tree Lighting Ceremony

7:30 p.m. – Fireworks show

The Taft Center will remain open for VIPs until 9:00 p.m.
