The In-House Guide to Non-Competes and Related Privilege Issues

In partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel, Taft Columbus will host a CLE presentation and networking breakfast on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019 from 8:30-10 a.m. at the Hyatt Place Columbus.

The presentation will focus on non-competes and related privilege issues for in-house counsel, and includes practical, how-to advice on deciding what type of agreement will protect your company, drafting and enforcing agreements, ethics considerations and what conversations and information are protected by the attorney-client privilege for in-house counsel. Attendees will be provided with a non-compete and privilege issues reference guide.
