Two Taft Attorneys to Speak at Practical Guide to Zoning and Land Use Law Seminar

Majeed Makhlouf and Greg O’Brien will be teaching at the Practical Guide to Zoning and Land Use Law seminar organized by the National Business Institute.

On May 15, 2007 at the Cleveland seminar, Majeed will be presenting his paper “The Right to Take/Necessity Hearing.” Greg will be presenting a paper of his own as well, entitled “The Approval Process.” 

On May 22, 2007 at the Akron seminar, Majeed will be presenting “Current Case Law and Legislative Update,” written by Charles T. Riehl. If you were unable to attend the May 15 seminar, Greg will be presenting his paper on “The Approval Process” again.
