Working with Electric Utility Contracts for Non-Legal Professionals

Michael Kaphing and Matthew Sanders will serve as instructors for a program that provides non-lawyers an in-depth account of electric utility contracting. The class will focus on the legal concepts and principles of contract development, highlight certain utility protocols that ensure vendors are qualified to do business with the utility, and provide real-world examples by looking at Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreements. This event is hosted by EUCI and will take place on Nov. 17-18.
