Please join Taft and the ISBA for a free 2.5 hour CLE seminar exploring current trends in legal issues regarding workplace discrimination. The discussion will delve into the latest litigations matters facing employers today such as pregnancy discrimination, GLBT rights, employment testing, municipal liability and class certification as well as EEOC guideline and best practices. Moderated by Taft Chicago partner Allan T. Slagel.

Matt will be presenting on Title VII law regarding employment testing. 

Eileen Geary, City of Chicago Corporation Counsel, Labor Division
Eileen will present on the differences between municipal liability and private employer liability in Title VII cases, and recent case trends. 

Cary Donham, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP
Cary will present on issues regarding certifying a class in an employment discrimination case.

Justin Mulaire, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Attorney
Justin will be presenting on the EEOC's recent application of Section 707 of Title VII to challenge employer policies and agreements. 

Tom Luetkemeyer, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP
Tom will be presenting on both state and federal law and regulatory changes concerning pregnancy discrimination and employer best practices. 

Amy Ramsey, Littler Mendelson P.C.
Amy will be presenting on the EEOC’s position regarding LGBT rights and employment discrimination.
