You may receive a bright green envelope in the mail from “Corporate Records Service” asking you to prepare an enclosed form and return it in their self-addressed envelope along with a check for $125.00.

This is a scam – do not comply! Do not complete the form, mail payment of $125.00 or divulge any corporate information.

Corporate Records Service is a company using unorthodox methods to obtain information and money from you! Consequently, the Illinois Secretary of State and Illinois Attorney General’s Office have been alerted and are investigating their “deceptive business practice”.
